Administration Assitant Vacancy

An opportunity has arisen within our administration team and we are able to offer a full time fixed term position.

This is a key role and the successful candidate will have the opportunity to play an important part in the day-to-day functioning of the firm. The successful candidate will have proven organisational skills and will be involved in opening all the post in the morning and ensuring the post is ready for collection in the evening. They will also be required to set up rooms for meetings and client events and will be involved in the assisting with the firm’s archiving and retrieval processes. You will also have an opportunity to be involved with ordering stationery for the firm and ensuring all photocopies are kept in working order.

You will have excellent interpersonal skills as you will be liaising with all members of the firm, from partners, solicitors and all support staff as well as our suppliers.

To be considered for the position you will need to have a minimum of 5 GCSE’s, which will include GCSE Maths and English grade A – C. Although not essential, you will ideally hold a recognised IT qualification.
