Agriculture and Estates
Agricultural land and estates management are increasingly becoming important in both managing our heritage and countryside yet often involves maintaining family assets for future generations.
Land disputes, in addition, can form problems with landowners as they look to preserve their boundaries. Disputed land ownership can be a sensitive issue, and we look to resolving such matters with a delicate touch of both skills and expertise second to none.
When such disputes arise, especially surrounding family assets, and splits between members, we appreciate how difficult it can be for those involved and approach such tasks in a way as to maintain respect and dignity for those involved.
Farmland is also sold off in parcels for selected development, with fresh boundaries being created, or former agricultural buildings re-developed to make residential property’s. In such cases, that can present challenges in both planning, as well as for those who will come to eventually share the land, along with having to fit in with existing uses. |
