Specialism: Commercial Property

Paul covers a broad area of property work from large national and international institutions, through to smaller owner-managed companies and private individuals of substantial means. He provides a full range of property services including tenancy and renewal work on behalf of multi-occupiers and property investment work ranging from the stand-alone let unit to multi-million pound portfolios. He also acts for pension funds and institutional lenders. Paul provides specialist work for pub owners as well as developers on conditional agreements and options.

Paul qualified as a solicitor in Zimbabwe in 2001, where he is from originally, and was the youngest person to attain his degree in the country at the time. Paul qualified in Zimbabwe as a Notary Public and has just obtained his Cambridge Diploma in Notarial Practice in the UK. He has also recently qualified as a Notary in the UK.
