Rickerbys handles £1.8 million Quedgeley deal - July 09

Gloucestershire law firm Rickerbys LLP advised Prima Dental Manufacturing on the purchase of the company's new head office at Waterwells, Quedgeley, Gloucester in a deal worth in excess of £1.8 million.

Originally based at Madleaze, Gloucester, the firm have relocated as the old site was purchased by The Peel Group as part of the redevelopment of the Gloucester Docks area.

Planning permission has been granted to Peel for the creation of 1,000 new homes along with waterside cafes, restaurants, bars and a new hotel.

Prima Dental Manufacturing will remain at the Madleaze site whilst its new base at Waterwells undergoes a £1.1 million refit to ensure it is fit for purpose.

Prima Dental Manufacturing is the UK's leading manufacturer of dental products supplying a world-wide network of specialist distributors and services customers in 85 countries.

The company has 150 years of heritage.
