Bankruptcies

We regularly act for creditors, debtors and their families and are able to advise them as to their options both pre- and post-Bankruptcy, which may include dealing with claims brought by their Trustee.  We also advise the Insolvency Practitioners who have been appointed Trustees in Bankruptcy and seek to assist them in realising assets for the benefit of the bankruptcy estate.
