What's it all about?
The morning will commence with an update on employee incentives, EMI and employee share schemes, followed by a session on bonuses and performance criteria. We will conclude with a review of the Companies Act 2006 and the new provisions which are coming in on 1 October 2008 relating to reduction of capital (a useful tool in times of economic difficulty), management for directors of conflicts of interest and the demise of financial assistance and likely effects.
