Our corporate and commercial team require a junior qualified corporate and commercial solicitor. The role will require commercial agreement drafting skills coupled with a sound knowledge of funding structures that will include M&A transactions, MBO and partnership agreements. Sound commercial skills are essential as are good academics.
The team are looking for a junior level corporate / commercial solicitor, newly qualified up to 3 year’s post qualification experience to support the senior fee earners in the team. You will need to be ambitious and commercial and enjoy business development.
