We are well versed in assisting schools and colleges with their debt collection as and when required. Specifically we are able to assist with ensuring that the school’s terms and conditions are successfully incorporated into any contract with the parents so as to ensure that the parents are not able to seek to use a loophole thereby running the risk of either a nil recovery or incurring substantial legal costs.
We also fully appreciate the difficulties faced by Bursars and head teachers alike who have a fine line to tread as to how far debts can be pursued.
We are able to deal with every stage of the proceedings from the initial letter before action through the issue of proceedings and up to and including enforcement of any Judgment obtained. We also have the added advantage of being able to provide detailed insolvency advice thereby strengthening the enforcement options available to the school/college. |
