Employment Issues
As pivotal members of the Education Team our employment specialists have expertise both as education lawyers and as employment experts.
We are members of the Employment Lawyers Association and are regularly invited to participate in regional and national user groups and working parties. We have the largest employment team in Gloucestershire and are able to advise on all employee related matters.
We support clients though reorganisations, difficult capability, disciplinary and grievance issues as well as negotiating compromise agreements. We have advised nationally on school specific issues such as working time, minimum wage and visiting music teachers.
