Employment Commentary - 21/12/09

As of 1 February 2010 the maximum statutory award for unfair dismissal in a Tribunal will drop from £66,200 to £65,300. A weeks pay however, will continue to have a maximum when calculating redundancy payments or basic awards in unfair dismissal of £380 per week.
