Employment Law Update - 15 October 09
What’s it all about?
The seminar will involve an update on recent and future developments in employment law, followed by a workshop-style session focusing on how to deal with a number of common employment problems including:
• How can I initiate severance discussions with an employee without causing problems for myself?
• How do I deal with a flexible working request?
• Are non-compete restrictions worth the paper they're written on?
These and other common problems will be looked at in detail giving you inside tips and practical advice on how to resolve them.
