Shaping up for Change - Cheltenham Racecourse, Monday 12 July (8.00am - 10.30am)
Tony Robinson of "Blackadder" and Channel 4’s "Time Team" fame will facilitate an exclusive care sector event "Shaping Up for Change" on 12 July 2010 at Cheltenham Racecourse. Tony is a leading campaigner for the health and wellbeing of our aging population. His critically acclaimed documentary, "Me and My Mum", helped to highlight problems facing the elderly and their families.
The purpose of this event is to discuss how the process of re-registration with the Care Quality Commission is impacting on the care home sector and your business. In association with Rickerbys LLP and Gloucestershire Care Providers Association, Barclays have put together an expert panel to hear your views and answer your questions. Discussion topics will include how investment, funding and regulatory challenges in the health care sector impact on the quality of care provided. Our panellists will also share their views on how to create proactive strategies to develop your care business for the future.
