Training and Development
Trainees spend six months in four placement areas covering contentious and non-contentious law. We provide time off for study and a contribution towards fees for completion of the Professional Skills Course.
During your training contract you will be allocated a training supervisor who will be responsible for overseeing your work and development. You can expect to meet with your training supervisor on a regular basis to receive feedback on your progress. In addition, a formal appraisal will be carried out during each seat.
The firm’s training is very hands-on. Under supervision you may conduct your own files and are often the first point of contact with clients. |
