Rickerbys' HR Forum is designed to bring together HR professionals working within local businesses to discuss current issues, share ideas and network.
During the Forum sessions we will look at issues such as bonuses, staff consultation and formal versus informal processes, although we encourage members of the Forum to put forward their own suggestions for topics for discussion.
