New partner appointed to Corporate team - April 07   

Rickerbys – the leading Cheltenham and Cotswold law firm - has announced that Jonathan Morley has been made a partner in the fast expanding Corporate and Commercial team.

Jonathan joined Rickerbys in February 2005 having spent almost five years in the Corporate Finance Team at City firm, Linklaters.

His client portfolio extends from owner-managed businesses to Plc's and he specialises in corporate transactional work including acquisitions, disposals and management buy-outs as well as corporate re-organisations, joint ventures, shareholders agreements, partnerships and commercial advisory work.

The move follows close on the heels of a range of initiatives from Rickerbys including the launch of the BUSINESS Alert campaign designed to advise businesses of the impact, requirements and opportunities of the new Companies Act together with a series of landmark seminars this summer.
