Top results in stakeholder review - July 07

With an enhanced website launching this week and having recently scored top marks in an independent stakeholder review, leading south-west law firm Rickerbys is continuing in its rapid growth, climbing up the national law firm listings.

Rickerbys have recently come out of an independent stakeholder review with impressive results, underlining their reputation as one of the UK’s leading law firms that excels in client care.

Cranfield-based Acuigen, an independent national market research company, conducted a thorough evaluation of Rickerbys’ client base, focusing primarily on client relations and the services that the firm offers. Their findings highlight the quality of service Rickerbys continues to maintain with an impressive 99 per cent of clients saying that they felt Rickerbys operates with honesty and integrity.

Additionally, Acuigen found that 97 per cent of clients said they were extremely satisfied with Rickerbys saying they were both reliable and professional while 91 per cent said Rickerbys constantly meet their requirements.

The results coincide with the launching of an enhanced website this week. According to Rickerbys, this is another example of the Firm’s standing in the region as a client-focused organisation.

The site provides clients with transparent information that boosts the Firm’s reputation for delivering first class commercial and private client advice. The site has been designed with particular attention to quick navigation to the Firm’s various corporate and private client services.

Underpinning the findings of the stakeholder review, Rickerbys also recently came in the top 100 of lawyer.com’s annual survey of UK law firms. The Firm’s turnover shows a substantial increase from last year with figures for 2007 in excess of £9 million.

While Rickerbys is expanding its fee base, it continues to invest in people and the firm has seen a 10% increase in headcount this year.
