Parent and Pupil Issues 

We have helped many of our schools clients put into place contracts with parents, which safeguard the school's position in the event of disputes over services, the school rules or fees.  

We are on hand to assist our clients with a wide-range of pupil related topics including expulsions, parental complaints and special educational needs.

We also have access to expertise in our Family Team who are able to advise schools on a variety of issues concerning pupils and their parents, particularly in the field of residence, contact and parental responsibility.

Advice ranges from interpreting Court Orders where parents may have to understand how the Order affects the school, to assisting schools in deciding how to act when faced with parents who are in dispute over the care arrangements for their children. Our Family Team can provide urgent and immediate advice which can help schools deal with these difficult and sensitive situations.
