Paul qualified as a Solicitor in Zimbabwe in 2001, where he is originally from, he was the youngest person to attain his degree in the country at the time. Paul joined Rickerbys in 2004 as an Assistant Solicitor and was promoted to Associate Solicitor in 2006.
