Solicitors, Rickerbys LLP, are delighted to announce that they have signed a deal with the landlord of their offices at Ellenborough House, Wellington Street which secures the firm’s location in Cheltenham for the next 15 years.
The agreement to sign up to the new lease is conditional upon a refurbishment of the firm’s office space and client meeting rooms. Rickerbys will also have the advantage of a dedicated 50-seater client seminar room in which to hold its many client workshops and other functions. The deal involves the opening of a new entrance directly off Oriel Road into what will become the firm’s new reception area.
Anne Compton, Managing Partner of Rickerbys LLP says, "This is the culmination of many years of discussion with our landlord about our future occupation of Ellenborough House. We have considered many alternatives around the town but are very excited to have now concluded this deal. Ellenborough House is one of the most prominent locations in the town. We have been here for nearly 40 years and we are delighted that this will remain our home."
It is anticipated that the refurbishment works will commence late summer and continue until Spring 2011. Rickerbys will remain in Ellenborough House and be fully operational throughout.
Anne went on to explain, "The refurbished office space and new facilities will be in keeping with our position as one of the leading firms of lawyers in the South West and will enable us to continue to provide our clients with the top quality local legal service which they deserve."
