Stroud Metal Company acquires PPL - April 08

Leading south-west law practice Rickerbys LLP acts as legal advisors for the Stroud Metal Company Ltd (SMC) in their acquisition of London-based Platform Pressings Ltd (PPL).

Cheltenham-based legal practice Rickerbys LLP has been assisting in the latest phase of growth for Stroud Metal Company Ltd in an acquisition deal with Platform Pressings Ltd.

Rickerbys’ Partner, Richard Knight, led a 5-strong team of solicitors that advised SMC on all aspects of corporate, employment and property issues during the acquisition period:
