Terms and conditions can be used for a variety of different reasons and are important for setting out the limitation of liability, the parties' obligations and remit of work.
Our dedicated Corporate Commercial Team is able to offer advice for websites, sale of goods, sale of services, or any other situation where terms and conditions are used. They will be happy to either provide you with a new set of conditions or simply review the existing ones you already have to ensure they remain effective and up to date for you.
We offer services for small PLCs up to the larger PLCs, and can cater for international trade, export and import, together with distribution and agency agreements, should this be required.
